Terms and Conditions for Digital Downloads

Welcome to SparkleCraftVinyl.co.uk! By purchasing or downloading any digital product from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Product Use

  • All files purchased are for personal and commercial use however you  may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files in any format.

  • Use the designs to create your own digital product

  • Claim the designs as your own.
  • You must watermark any of the designs you download before sharing on any online platforms.

 

  • Upload or sell our designs on print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch).Digital redistribution is strictly prohibited.

  • Send our designs for printing to any other wholesalers for print on demand websites.

2. Licensing

The subscription purchase includes personal and commercial use of our digital downloads. The licence does not extend to anyone else but the subscriber. If accounts or log ins are shared we reserve the right to remove access immediately.

3. File Delivery

All products are digital downloads—no physical items will be shipped.
After purchase, you will receive a download link to access your files. Please make sure you have compatible software (e.g., Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) before purchasing.

Please allow up to 5 minutes for your download to process. 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you encounter any issues with your download or file, please contact us at info@sparklecraftvinyl.co.uk. We are happy to help resolve any problems.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs are the intellectual property of Sparkle Craft Vinyl Limited.
By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with these terms.
You do not own the design and may not claim it as your own.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sparkle Craft Vinyl Limited is not responsible for any damage, loss, or software issues resulting from the use of our digital files. Please ensure you have the appropriate tools to work with the file formats provided.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
