Add on Admin Fee

We just wanted to take a moment to explain a little more about add ons to existing orders, and how they work behind the scenes.
We’re always happy to add extra items to an order where possible, but we want to be transparent about what’s involved. Each add on requires additional admin time, extra payment processing, transaction fees, order updates, and sometimes extra packing steps. While it might seem small, these costs do add up for us.
Because of this, from now on there will be a £1 fee per add on. This helps cover those extra costs and allows us to continue offering the flexibility of adding items on, rather than having to say no altogether.
How to request an add on
To make sure everything runs smoothly, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us first to check the status of your order and confirm whether it’s possible to add items.
2. Once we confirm it’s okay, place a new order for the additional items, including this admin fee.
3. Choose Collection at checkout.
4. In the notes section, include your original order number.
5. Finally, email us with both order numbers, so we can ensure they’re packed and sent together.
